Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. It is part of our No Brain Pain Warranty. You do NOT need to return any of our products. Just email us a picture and we will make it right.

To be eligible for a refund please email a photo of the damaged product with the purchase confirmation email we sent you, to service@LetYourBrainDance.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email service@LetYourBrainDance.com There is no use in returning the product because it is a consumable. Just tell us how we can make if right for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
